
Metal Spinners, Inc. announces the acquisition of Texas Metal Spinning, Inc.
Metal Spinners, Inc., headquartered in Angola, Indiana, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Texas Metal Spinning, Inc. located in Saginaw, Texas. Under the direction of
Wayne Boeckman, Texas Metal Spinning, Inc. grew to become the dominant metal spinning company located in the south central region of the United States and its primary end-markets include aerospace, electronics, air movement, and petrochemical.
"We believe the Texas Metal Spinning Division will enhance our ability to economically expand into additional geographic and OEM markets, and it will enable us to efficiently and cost-effectively service the south central region of the United States as well as the north central region of Mexico," said Olin Wiland, President and CEO of Metal Spinners, Inc.
