Metal Spinners, Inc. announces the acquisition of Texas Metal Spinning, Inc.

Metal Spinners, Inc., headquartered in Angola, Indiana, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Texas Metal Spinning, Inc. located in Saginaw, Texas.   Under the direction of Wayne Boeckman, Texas Metal Spinning, Inc. grew to become the dominant metal spinning company located in the south central region of the United States and its primary end-markets include aerospace, electronics, air movement, and petrochemical.
