Sample CylindersCylinders can be used as is, or we can enhance the product by adding flanges, reducing depth, applying holes, notching or adding spun features to your cylinder. Through metal spinning the potential variations of configurations are endless. Rolled and welded cylinders are used in a wide variety of applications, including but not limited to: aerospace, food processing equipment, vibratory separation, outdoor furniture, power generation and communications. The use of rolled and welded cylinders for your application helps reduce and/or eliminate labor costs by eliminating the need to weld subcomponents, and it can greatly enhance the aesthetics of your product for your end-user. Sample Fan Panels Whether you’re looking for one piece or 1,000 a week, we have the ability to meet all of your fan panel requirements. Fan panels, also referred to as curb caps, fan housings, venturis, fan orifices, exhaust fans and wall fans, are a specialty product we provide. We offer stock tooling for fan panels, open to all our customers and potential clients. Our tooling allows you to design around our standard tooling with no up-front cost to you. This offers you the ability to design, test and make changes to your air movement requirements with little or no product development costs. From chilling units to engine cooling, our fan panels are in the field. We combine our stock tooling with the ability to add any hole configuration you desire for motor mounts or screen applications. Press breaking services are also available, providing you a product ready for assembly. Sample HeadsWe offer a standard line of tooling for flanged and dished heads. Flanged and dished heads are employed in a wide variety of applications from water storage tanks, cement mixer drums and agricultural spraying tanks to nuclear containment storage. Flanged and dished heads are simply a domed tank end with a flange. We offer you our standard line of tooling of F&D heads. Our standard stock tooling allows you to design, test and go into production with no up-front costs. We produce F&D heads in a wide variety of materials including steels, high-strength/high-tensile, abrasion-resistant materials, most aluminum alloys, stainless steel, copper, brass and other exotic materials. We can produce in gauges from .022” to ¼”. Specifications will vary based upon material thickness.
